The International Institute of Education, a partner of the IAUP is offering fellowships for threatened scholars.
The Institute of International Education Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF) announces a May 8th deadline for its next round of applications from scholars facing threats to their lives or careers. Fellowships support temporary academic positions at colleges, universities, and other research institutions anywhere in the world where the scholars can continue their academic work in safety.
In addition to a high quality academic programme, participants at the triennial conference gain from most outstanding opportunities of networking beneficial to their institutions/organisations, as well as unparalleled cultural experiences. In 2017 we will be introducing a new dual-conference concept: On the one hand we will be hosting the IAUP Triennial Conference with the main theme Innovation in Education. And on the other hand we will be offering “Young Scientists” the opportunity to hold their own conference at the same time, in the same town, albeit in a different venue with the main theme of Sustainability.The IAUP celebrates its general assembly every three years in a different part of the world.
