²Young Seek Choue was elected Vice-President of IAUP in 1971 and became Acting Presidener when Rocheforte Weeks resigned.
³Soon after Rocheforte Weeks of Liberia was elected as the second President of IAUP in June 1971, the President of Liberia, William Tubman, died in office. The new President of Liberia chose Weeks to be Foreign Minister. Rocheforte Weeks accepted and resigned as IAUP President.
