This most recent report from IAUP is the culmination of an In-Depth Research project exploring the leadership priorities of IAUP members in the post-pandemic era. It uses a combination of survey and interview data to shed light on what has happened since the COVID-19 pandemic, the status of the changes that leaders reported they were going to make as they moved into the post-pandemic era, and new priorities and challenges that are on the horizon now and for the next 3 to 5 years.
